Diamond League is Guggenheim's exclusive 10-week Investment Banking Fellowship, designed to identify and prepare the firm's highest-priority Summer 2028 recruiting pipeline. Throughout the program, student-athletes complete technical interview preparation, behavioral coaching, mock interviews, and live investment banking case work modeled after Guggenheim's recruiting process.
Rather than evaluating candidates after recruiting begins, Guggenheim helps shape them from the start. The fellowship culminates with Final Presentations on December 7, where participants present directly to Guggenheim investment bankers, providing your recruiting team with firsthand insight into each candidate's communication skills, technical readiness, professionalism, and long-term potential.
