Each Tier I Investment Banking Fellow in MAP's Major League completes a comprehensive investment thesis modeled after a live investment banking deal process. MAP Captains are selected by MAP leadership to serve as the point person for their five-person deal team, driving execution, coordinating deliverables, and presenting recommendations directly to senior investment bankers.
Historically, 100% of MAP IB Captains have secured investment banking or comparable front-office offers, while 92% ultimately finish in the top performance bucket of their Summer or Full-Time Analyst class.
